Upgrade of Existing Chamber--Add Spherical Nearfield OTA Test System One of the six Howland Wireless Test Labs in service at Motorola Mobility's new headquarters facility in Chicago. Two MQ-4C Triton UAS aircraft at Northrop Grumman's Palmdale facility. The BAMS Mission Control Complex at NAS Jacksonville will control a fleet of these unmanned aircraft.
